- Sri Joydeep Chatterjee connected the audience in a very interesting way. His approach towards the target audience was itself a subject to learn. The session was very interactive & Information. Energetic involvement of the students found during the session with Q&A. His approach towards the topic was so strategic as well as Interesting. In the Conclusion "AI is not the Future, Your Thinking is...."

It was not just a seminar, it was the anniversary of CCTP WB JOB.. and what it did in a year , in just a year ...
ReplyDeleteThe last seminar (10.8.25) was about "unlocking the power of AI ML with right data structure" , and glad to have Joydeep Sir again in our seminar ...
Got to learn about LLMs , AI models , What is Relational AI , how the things are connected, and some insights on AI for the future ...
And the main part , the achievements we had in the last year , and most recently .. specially Atish Da , whose hardwork and consistency paid off to this achievement ....
Lastly , for formality thanks to CCTP WB JOB team and SKM sir , for this whole program...
It's always been a great experience attending seminar of CCTP-WB-JOB....But this one was very special...as it's our 12th program....
ReplyDeleteIn this seminar (10/08/2025) the topic was also very interesting and our Joydeep sir described everything very clearly..
Gain deep knowledge in LLMs, GenAI,Relational Ai and all AI models....how Joydeep sir covered everything is just amazing...
But the main part was the achievements through out the journey of 1 year.. specially Atish dada, the journey of Atish dada was very motivating..
It's a great experience attending the seminar.. Consistency is indeed the key..
The seminar of 10.08.2025 was both inspiring and emotional. Both the speech and dedication by Joydeep Sir were top notch.He gave a very nice explanation of how we can increase our productivity by taking advantage of AI. Thanks to CCTP-WB-JOB for organizing such an enthusiastic seminar.
ReplyDeleteThanks to SKM sir also for adding me in the Volunteer team. The experience I have collected from the seminar, indeed a big achievement for me. I am so grateful to CCTP-WB-JOB.
Since the very first day I joined CCTP-WB-JOB, I have been learning something new and will learn in future. Be it technical skill development or character development, I am learning.
The experience shared by Md. Raj, Durba di, Masum Reza, Atish da is really inspiring and we all were evident of a historic moment.
Overall the celebration of completing 1 year of our family( CCTP-WB-JOB) was very good. I can assure that it was beneficial for me and my fellow mates also.
The seminar on 10th August was impactful and inspiring.I found the seminar "Unlocking the Power of AI & ML through Right Data Structure" to be highly insightful and engaging. How Joydeep sir explained concepts in a clear and structured way, emphasizing the crucial role of the right data structures in building efficient and scalable soluton made the session more relatable and impactful. This seminar has deepened my understanding of how foundational data structure knowledge can significantly enhance AI/ML model performance. Overall, it was an enriching learning experience that will definitely help me in my future projects and studies.
ReplyDeleteThis was the 12th seminar of CCTP-WB-JOB, but my 3rd one, and it was truly special. The topic (10/08/2025) “Unlocking the power of AI ML with the right data structure” was explained in a very clear and engaging way by Joydeep Sir.
ReplyDeleteI gained more knowledge about LLMs, AI models and how these concepts are linked. The insights about AI’s future were very inspiring.
The achievements over the past year, especially the journey of Atish were highly motivating. Consistency really is the key.

The seminar on 10th August was very special for us because it marked the completion of 1 year of our seminar series. On this day, Joydip Sir spoke to us about how AI and ML are related to Data Structures. But the conclusion was especially interesting — "AI is not the future, thinking is."
ReplyDeleteMany of us received appreciation from CCTP-WB-JOB in three categories:
1. Those who were able to bring the most students to the seminar
2. Those who shared the most posts
3. Those who maintained consistency, meaning they attended all 12 out of 12 seminars
Then, three people were appreciated (Durba Didi, Raj Dada, Mesum Dada) because they had recently joined new companies. All three spoke a few words about their journeys.
Yesterday’s program also had a big surprise — Atish Dada. For his achievements, he received appreciation from CCTP-WB-JOB. He was given a pen by SKM Sir, which Sir usually presents to his best student. That moment was filled with both tears and applause. Many of us had also brought gifts for Atish Dada because it was he who had started ITM in the first place. After that, Dada shared his journey with us.
And in this way, our 1-year completion celebration came to an end...

This was our 12th Seminar...
ReplyDeleteWe have come a long way... There is a lot more to do....... This seminars have taught me a lot and still teaching...
When I was sitting at the registration desk, our respected sir entered and greeted us all with such an enthusiasm...
And then the seminar started... Our speaker sir actually showed us that it is the thinking that will decide the future not AI....
Sitting at the registration desk a long ago SKM sir showed me a paper of his writings... Where he had written the exact same words...
THE CONNECTION...
And we even celebrated the best in attendance, best in campaigning, best in bringing people...
We celebrated the achievements of Durba didi, Masum dada, Md Raj dada and Atish dada...
THE MOMENT I CAN NEVER FORGET IS THAT SIR HANDING HIS PEN TO ATISH DADA.. IT WASN'T JUST A PEN IT WAS AND IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE A RESPONSIBILITY....
At the end I can all day is that TODAY'S ME IS FAR MORE DIFFERENT THAN THE SUSHRITA BISWAS I WAS AN YEAR AGO...

So there is nothing new to say, just like last time, he explained very well and in as much detail as possible. I really enjoyed the session. I tried to understand, I tried to listen carefully. I think I understood quite a bit.
And then since it was our 12th seminar, it had to be special.
So, all the achievements of CCTP-WB-JOB up until this 12th seminar were shown, and those who had just achieved something (i.e. internship, job) shared their journey and feelings with us.
Then there was an appreciation session in between, where there were many categories like,
Those who attended 12 seminars out of 12.
Those who shared the most CCTP posts.
Those who did the most CCTP camping from the previous seminar to this seminar.
Those who brought their program to the largest audience.
All of them have been appreciated by CCTP-WB-JOB.
And the most iconic moment was the precious thing Atish Dada acquired from Sir.
Which our viewers were fortunate enough to see. Which is never to be forgotten. Because the tradition of acquiring this precious thing had never been done in public before, and many people didn't even know about this tradition.
Overall, the 12th seminar was much, much better than I expected.
The next seminar is also a great one, Sir's career counseling. It's not to be missed, because it only comes once a year.

The seminar on 10th was on Unlocking the power of AI & ML through right Data Structure the speaker was Jaydeep sir it was his second seminar in CCTP-WB-JOB but for me it's first.
ReplyDeleteSir was very familiar and knowledgeable sir started the presentation with intro of ai then evolution then technology and lastly discussed the data structures, which data structure is suitable in which condition and how can we get maximum efficiency the overall seminar was A1 as always. After the presentation all the achievers came and share their experience and journey I was one of them and sir appreciated each of us. At last one of our member atish bro is our major achievement shared his struggles and journey it was a very emotional and insightful scene sir offered him his own pen and hugged him tightly this scene made us cry. At last we all got cakes and laddoos as it was also the 1st anniversary of CCTP-WB-JOB so we also celebrated it. After that I went to howrah bridge spent some time there enjoyed the breeze and then caught my train and come back to home and like this a beautiful day ended.
10th August was our 12th seminar.
ReplyDeleteWe were all very excited about this seminar, but at the same time, I tried to control my excitement and fulfill my responsibilities properly. From this seminar, I also learned how important it is to balance emotions and responsibilities.
This seminar was based on AI & ML, and Joydeep Sir explained the topics very clearly by dividing the whole content into 10 chapters.
Towards the end of the seminar, we listened to the inspiring journeys of our seniors. Among them, Atish Dada’s story touched us deeply. The moment when we were all standing, clapping, and tears came to our eyes those feelings and that ambiance cannot be expressed in words. Only those who were present there will truly understand it.
Overall, this seminar was truly inspiring and unforgettable.

Thank you all the team member and Our respected sir to guide me on this right way. It's a very hardworking process sometimes ami just chitke jai atotai discipline & consistency er proyojon (However it's my personal experience I just share..)
ReplyDeleteThis seminar based on Unlocking the Power of AI & ML, through the right Data Structure, Speaker Joydeep sir was really nice speaker and understand the actual problem through AI/ML work and he ensure all the side of advantage & disadvantage of these topic.
Also it was the anniversary program so many things are happens, Congratulate those students who are showing consistent in all places, listen true journey of our seniors which is truly inspiring for us.
Among them Atish dada's story was truly touched my heart deeply. Also he gets many gifts & congratulates. The moment Sir felicitate dada with the name of best student & gifted his precious gifts A PEN it was a unique feeling that cannot be shared with these words, ami to kedei felechilm.
Overall, this seminar gives me a wonderful experiences and an unforgettable memory.

It was not just a seminar—it was the first anniversary of CCTP-WB-JOB and a celebration of what we have achieved in just one year.
ReplyDeleteThe seminar held on 10th August 2025, titled “Unlocking the Power of AI & ML with the Right Data Structure”, was truly remarkable. We were honored once again to have Joydeep Sir with us, and as always, his session was insightful and inspiring. I learned about LLMs, AI models, Relational AI, and how all these concepts are connected, along with thought-provoking insights into the future of AI.
But beyond the technical knowledge, the most special part of the day was reflecting on our achievements over the past year. Among them, the recognition of Atish stood out the most. His unwavering consistency and dedication finally bore fruit, and his journey deeply inspired all of us.
Lastly, my heartfelt thanks to the CCTP-WB-JOB team and SKM Sir for organizing not just this seminar, but the entire program that has shaped us so much over the past year.
On 10th August 2025, it was our 12th seminar and also it was our first anniversary of CCTP-WB-JOB and it is our victory that is achieved in one year.

I am truly amazed to listen all parts about this topic. Many of participants explained their experiences about their internships and job's first year. The most emotional moment was the precious pen Atish Dada acquired from our Prof. Shyam K Mondal Sir. After that, I am looking forward to next career counselling seminar and I tried to fix my problems and my inconsistency.
